Currently Technotomy invests a lot of its resources and time in research and development, creating innovative products and services. The most exciting project relates to a system called infoClew, that aims to provide a new way for finding and presenting information.
is the result of the collaboration of Technotomy, FDI Marketing
Associates and the University of Surrey. The main characteristics of the
product is that it offers an easy and visual way of retrieving information
from unprocessed data from the Web and consequently presenting this
information in a concise and understandable format. The main purpose of this
product is to overcome the difficulties of the existing search engines when it
comes to finding meaningful/semantic information. One of the main advantages
of this solution is that the system can monitor any changes in the original
information and also can be customised to apply time constrains on the
identified patterns. This allows the user to monitor the progress and change
of information in time. The product could be used by businesses wanting to
monitor their Web appearance (Web profile) in comparison to their competition.
It can also be used by large organisations such as UK Trade and Investment
wanting to find information (such as the growth profile) of companies in a
particular industry sector.
The system is currently under development, but soon to be available to businesses. Feel free to contact us to find more information about it.
